Tooth Fairy!!
This has been a big week for Miss Emilie! Not only did she get to have a donut with Daddy, receive a prestigious award, she also lost her first tooth! She was so excited to put that teeny tooth in her tooth fairy pillow and get to sleep!
Character Kid...
Emilie received an award at school on Friday afternoon. Once a month, WCES teachers nominate one kid from their classroom to receive the Character Key award. This month the character key was for Self Discipline, and Emilie was the recipient! She did not know until Mrs. McCutcheon brought her on the stage in front of the whole school. It is a great honor to receive one of these awards and we are so proud of her!

The girls got to ride with Daddy to school on Friday morning for Donuts with Dads! They were super excited to spend some extra time with him!

Goodbye Breckenridge...

After watching the girls at ski school for a little bit, we went down the hill to the Peak 8 bar and had an adult hot chocolate!
Dinner at Eric's!
Eric's is a restaurant in downtown Breckenridge with a full arcade. The kids were in HEAVEN! The adults were pretty happy that the bar was near the arcade as well! :)

Ski School for the Littles
Ainslie missed the first day of ski school due to a stomach bug, but Jackie and Emilie were dressed early and ready to go! They both did great!
Ains felt much better the second day, so she went to school and Emilie decided to join her for another day as well!

Our Drive...
We planned a ski trip in Breckenridge, CO with my brother and his family for the week after Christmas, while we were still on break from school. The girls were so excited to go on vacation with their cousins! We decided to make a stop in Denver to have dinner with family that lives there, as well as stay the night to break up the drive. We got up early New Years Day and started our drive!
