Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We are headed to Las Vegas on Tuesday morning to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with Ainslie and Emilie's Grandma and Papa.  Since I will be off of our blog for a few days, we want to wish all of our family and friends a Happy Thanksgiving!

Lunch with Grammie

We met Grammie this morning to go shopping and out to lunch!  Here is a snapshot of the girls at Cactus Grill.

My Little Indian...

 Ainslie made the head dress (complete with a purple feather), necklace, and drum in Preschool this week while learning about Thanksgiving!

Ms. Cherie taught Ainslie's class how to do a "snow dance" this morning.  The weather man is predicting sleet and a chance of snow tomorrow, so we'll see how well the dance works!  ;)

Christmas Trees!

The girls were too excited to wait any longer on putting up their Christmas trees in their rooms!  Ainslie had the same tree in her room last year, but we added a new tree in Emme's room this year!  They both picked out a hot pink star for the top!  Both trees are filled with Barbie ornaments from when I was a little girl.  I love that I get to pass them down to my girls!

Last Tuesday morning was a particularly cold morning, so we wrapped Ains up nice and warm before heading to Preschool!

Ainslie and I had a movie date on Friday morning while Em played at Grammie's.  I love spending time with each of our girls one on one!

Christmas Tree Ornaments!

The girls painted Christmas tree ornaments this morning.  Ainslie picked out an elf and Emilie painted a snowman!  Can't wait to put them on the tree!  ;)

Ears Pierced!

Ainslie got her ears pierced at Claire's in Town Center Plaza this afternoon.  She picked out a pair of diamond studs and jumped right up into the chair!  She didn't even shed a tear!  I am so proud of her.
