Making Valentines...

Since the bitter cold weather kept Ainslie from having Preschool once again today, we decided to make all of her Valentines for her school party next Tuesday!  She is really missing school and her friends this week.

Sugar Cookies!

The girls and I made homemade sugar cookies with Valentine sprinkles this morning.  We are tying to keep busy with indoor activities during these long snow days at home!  ;)

Snow Day!

We started out the morning with chocolate chip pancakes, The Croods on Netflix, and art time!

 We then put on all of our warm clothes and went outside to play in the snow!

 Sadie joined in on the snow fun too!  ;)

Preparing for Valentine's Day!

We are really excited for Valentine's Day this year.  We get to go to St. Louis and spend the holiday weekend with my brother, sister in law, and nephews!  The girls are busy making Valentine's for their cousins and helping me wrap Jackie's birthday presents (his birthday is on 2/12 and we will celebrate it while we are there).

Ainslie has been begging for a Flipeez hat for months now and we always see them at the same spot inside Target.  I am always prepared with my standard answer of "No, not today", but she caught me at a weak moment on this day!  ;)
