This is the only picture that I took all Christmas day. I wanted to be present in the day and not focused on taking pictures. We all had a wonderful Christmas day opening gifts, eating good food, and being together! Lucky got a new snowflake from Santa. ;)

Christmas Eve at Grammie & Pops!
We all had some hot chocolate with whip cream (and something a little extra in the adults mugs ;) ), as soon as we got to my parents house to warm us up after ice skating!
Pops bought everyone awesome face warmers for our ski trip to Breckenridge next week!

Holiday Art...
My holiday art shrine made by my two little artists! ;) The snowman on the far left and the moose disguised with a fancy mustache next to it were made by Ainslie. The purple ornament and colorful reindeer were made by Emilie. ~Winter 2016
PJ Day at WCES!
We had a school wide pajama day today for our last day of school before Christmas break! Ainslie was up in the night sick, so she missed out on her winter party. I did grab this pic of Em with her class though! ;)
Emilie is in the front row next to her friends Marlie on the left and Bentlie on the right!
Gingerbread House at School!
Em got to build a gingerbread house with her 5th grade buddy this week at school! I remember Ainslie doing this last year and I think that it is such a fun idea!

Santa Express!
We took the girls on the Santa Express train in Baldwin City on Saturday afternoon. It's become a holiday tradition and we all love it! They served warm cider and hot chocolate with sugar cookies, the girls got to see Santa Claus, listen to a Christmas story and sing carols. They even got a candy cane and Christmas ornament, too!
Daddy and his girls ready to go!
Outside of the train, getting ready to board!
Time for sugar cookies!
Emilie tried the hot cider and Ainslie went for the hot chocolate!

WCES PTO Christmas Party!
Wolf Creek's PTO put on an awesome Christmas party for all of the students on Tuesday evening. They had cookies and spirit sticks for all of the kiddos, a table where the kids could make reindeer food, snowman toss, and a photo booth with props! The students got to write letters to Santa, as well. It was such a fun evening!
