Emilie on the go....

Hello Refrigerator!

Emilie started crawling a couple of weeks ago and as you can imagine she LOVES being mobile!  After sitting in one spot for months, playing with the same toys, she is now on the move and discovering fun new places in the house.  She is especially interested in the kitchen and the hardwood floor.  She found the refrigerator yesterday and again this morning.  She was having so much fun, I had to snap a few pictures!

Sneak Peek!

Miss Emilie turns 1 in a couple of weeks and we are having a Cinco de Mayo party to celebrate with friends and family!!  This is a sneak peek on the theme of the party!  Can't wait!

Doll Crib

I was on the phone with my mom the other day and I told her that I was looking around at garage sales for an inexpensive crib for Ainslie to have for her baby dolls.  She reminded me that she still had my crib that I used to play with when I was Ainslie's age!  After 25+ years of sitting in my parents basement, it was time for a little TLC!  It's amazing what a little paint can do!!

Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead

We spent this morning at Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead.  It is a petting zoo not too far from our house and we love going there with the girls.  It was the perfect weather!  Cool and sunny!

Playgroup at the Park

We went to playgroup at Franklin Park this morning and had a blast running around and playing with all of our friends!

Soccer Time!

We have been spending a lot of time outside playing this Spring and today Ainslie got her first real soccer ball!  She loves to kick and it is so much fun to kick the ball back and forth to each other across the driveway!!

Crown Center

We spent the day Saturday walking around Crown Center with the girls.  We ran into our good friends, the McGinnis family, checked out a bird show at the Tails & Trails exhibit, made a stop by the Crayola store to do some coloring, and had lunch at Fritz's!  It was such a nice way to spend the day!
